Subscription Pricing
How much does it cost to watch the films?
We offer three choices: (THESE ARE ONE-TIME PAYMENTS, NOT RECURRING)
3 days for $5
14 days for $10
1 month for $18
What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?
Payments are made through Paypal. You do not need to be a Paypal member.
Schools and libraries can pay with a purchase order.

Do you offer subscriptions to Public Libraries?
Yes, we have an introductory half-price for public libraries of $499 for 1 year. We realize it takes a while for the initial cataloging to be completed and library announcements sent to patrons about offering Green Planet Stream.
Will you have prices for school subscriptions?
Yes, we are working on pricing plans for K-12, colleges and Universities now. Stay tuned.
Subscription Questions
Can I watch more than one stream?
Yes! After subscribing, you have FULL ACCESS to all videos during the duration you select (3, 14 days, or 1 month). Just go to the film page you want to see and click the red button. When your dates expire and you’d like to watch more just LOGIN and re-subscribe.
Downloads
Can I download the videos?
Some of the videos are available for download. Scroll to the bottom of the film info page and you will see a black download box. OR visit the DOWNLOAD .MP4s page
DVDs
Can I purchase a DVD?
Yes, just click on the yellow BUY DVD button and it will take you to the purchase page on Green Planet Films if we offer the DVD.
Public Performance Rights
Can I show these streaming films in a cafe or boardroom?
If you would like to screen a film you see on our site for public viewing, you will need to purchase the film with Public Performance Rights. They are available with DVD sales, and we also have some films as a downloadable MP4 for screening, with PPRs. See the example here. Scroll to the bottom of the page for the download widget. If you do not see a film you would like to download in this manner, please contact us and we might be able to prepare one for you.
Film Selection
Can we see these same films on Netflix?
Sometimes, but the vast majority are not available on Netflix. We specialize in nature and environmental programs, of various lengths.
Will you be adding more films?
Yes, we will be adding in films as soon as we negotiate rights and prepare them for streaming.
Troubleshooting
Video does not play
1) Be sure you have an active subscription, and are logged in.
2) Visit the film page and click on the red CLICK TO WATCH STREAM button. A shadowbox appears and the video player is in the center. If on iPad, be sure you are at 100% so you can see the player.
3) If no luck, then reload the page. A refresh usually makes it right.
